Deposits:

• Bets are only accepted from registered, verified bat365 accounts with a sufficient balance to cover the stake.
• Minimum bet stake: Rs 100 for sports and live betting markets. Minimum entry for casino games and Ludo varies by room and is displayed before game entry.
• Bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds shown before bet confirmation are not guaranteed until the bet is accepted and a confirmation reference number is issued.
• bat365 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by human or technical error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's wallet in full.
• In-play bets are subject to a short processing delay to prevent abuse of information advantages. During high-traffic periods (PSL matches, major international fixtures), additional processing time may apply.
• If an event is abandoned or cancelled before a valid result can be determined per the sport's minimum play criteria, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event (where applicable) may be voided at bat365's discretion.

For cricket specifically, the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and international matches follow standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) rules for weather-affected matches. Session bets that were already settled at the time of an interruption stand. Unresolved session bets are voided if the session cannot be completed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bat365. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and identity theft: Registering using another person's identity, CNIC, or payment credentials.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one bat365 account under any circumstances.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes in card games, Ludo, or tournament play.
• Match fixing: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of pre-arranged match outcomes. Any such bets will be voided and the account permanently closed.

bat365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, bat365 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no violation is confirmed, remaining eligible balances will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within 10 business days.

Players who wish to close their bat365 account voluntarily can do so at any time by contacting customer support. Active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out on voluntary account closure.
